It's happening......

I'm building a tiny wood fired bakery out here in the woods next to my pottery workshop. I'll be milling local grain in house on a 26" stone mill and baking loaves in a wood fired oven. I can't wait to share my passion for naturally leavened old world breads.

While the bakery will not be open for retail operations, bread will be available at a few farmer's markets and maybe a weekly bread CSB.  I'm also toying with the idea of partnering with a farm CSA. While many of the details of the project are still uncertain, what is certain is that this is happening!!
